These food bars have a great shortbread cookie flavor. Each package contains 9 individually wrapped bars containing 409 calories each. They are not affected by high heat (such as in a car trunk) or freezing. Each package measures 4 3/4 inches high, 4 3/8 inches wide, and 2 inches thick. Each package of nine bars weighs 1.60 pounds.
