Portable Water Filter
Handy Squeeze Bottle!
|
This filtration bottle is great for emergencies or to just take with you to enjoy fresh water anywhere. Filter water simply by squeezing the bottle. Provides clean, safe water for drinking or cooking from contaminated water sources such as lakes, ponds, rivers and streams. This 26oz Flip Top bottle comes with an attractive insulator sling, with a strap-hook, which easily attaches to your belt or backpack. So no matter where you are, or what you are doing, you are never far from being able to hydrate yourself with fresh, great-tasting filtered water! The new mouthpiece is a convenient way to drink - just flip it up, hold the bottle at a 45-degree angle below your mouth, squeeze and suck the water from the bottle. The bottle is filled from the top and produces up to 100 gallons of great-tasting water! It is a great way for you to save time, space and money when compared to bottled water, and to save the environment too by eliminating the waste of PET bottles littering the country side! In addition to removing bacteria, cysts and protazoa from contaminated water, this water filter will remove sediment and unpleasant tastes and odors such as iodine and chlorine using its proprietary Ionic Absorption Micron Filtration System. It will give you safe, clear water for cooking and drinking if you are caught in a natural or man-made disaster. Produces up to 100 gallons of filtered water depending on water clarity.
Note: If using a source of water that might contain extreme bacteriological or viral contamination, it is recommended that two drops of plain Clorox bleach or iodine be added to each refill before filtering. This will kill minute pathogens such as viruses. The disinfectant will then be filtered from the water . . . entirely removing its odor, color and taste. This 26-ounce size is compact, light weight and easy to use. Has a screw on/screw off top cap for easy filling.
PLEASE NOTE: Water filters do not remove viruses. For this reason, water filters should be used with a disinfectant such as Potable Aqua or chlorine which will inactivate the viruses that filters miss.
